The Med – Alanya Turkey S10
Life as a jet setter is both good and bad. The good is that I get to see the lovely places of this planet and meet the most awesome people. The bad is all the good byes…well that’s about it. My life in Turkey has been mostly fun and more fun! It’s been amazing journey without a doubt, it has taken me around the continent and met the most beautiful people, whom are now like my bestest mates ever. What can I say…life is for living, go fetch! 😉 x
Another May-celebration, another wicked party
We came to end of April, and as we always do to celebrate 1st of May, we throw a big, crazy party all around Sweden and Finland. You may have heard of it before. This is year was my first May-celebration in Sweden since I graduated from school six years ago! I have always been abroad during this time. So, I decided it’s going to be a little bit insane. 🙂
Me and my gorgeous friends took ourselves up to Uppsala, about an hour North from Stockholm, with several cars, Pimpmobiles and what not. Gathered we did in a camping area where we parked the Pimp and also had a couple of rented small cottages ready for our use. The bubbly was opened as soon as we hit the highway in Stockholm earlier. Time to get the party started, for real!
Best is to try and sum it up with these words, because it would take too long for me to tell this story: 🙂
People dancing on the roofs, Greenman outfits, hair-dressing whilst drunk, music, singing, alcohol, people falling asleep on the roof, people getting lost in Uppsala, ambulances, someone injured and taken to hospital, mysterious choccy bars found in my bag, randomness in general, sunshine, no food only drinks for two days, screams, cigarettes and snus, swimming pools and rides, 4-drinks-for-breakfast+sauna session=DRUNK, lots of questions, not many answers, people feeling sick, shoe and clothes cleaning, guitar playing, make-outs, hugs, kisses, rivers and rain, in the end everyone wondering: what happened, really?? Haha!
Happy 1st of May to everyone, let the summer arrive with lots of sunshine and parties! ❤
The Alps 2010 – Austria
How can someone sum up a ski season with words…I have pondered and tried. But with no luck. U should had to be there to understand what it’s all about. So, let this be a little peek into the world of ski guides. It is…a lot like this. B) x
Countdown to Xmas
With barely there sunlight and cold winds we can surely say that winter has arrived and not going anywhere for a good while! I’m feeling so sleepy and exhausted most of the days, but that doesn’t mean we must hide under the warm blankets and sip tea all night long, when we can be outdoors in the fresh air and get cosy in Old Town by the sea. Glögg (mulled wine) is the drink of xmas and the other day I had my first glas of it this year, standing outside by the Royal Castle. Yum! That and sweet almonds combined, we can finally start counting down to Xmas! But before that, another countdown…to something really exciting ;). Watch this space…x
